Sometimes the budget is the driving force in the creation on an annual report. We put on our thinking caps and came up with a wonderful process color, cover illustration that touched on the many factors involved with public housing. We economized on the inside pages with two color duotones and vignetted photos. A vine theme tied the whole thing together. The client was thrilled with the results.
